The tower, with its stepped volumes, creates terraces and communal spaces featuring rainwater irrigation. A sustainable energy and materials concept featuring photovoltaics, geothermal probes, heat pumps, recycled concrete, and wood-hybrid construction ensures a resource-efficient, flexible, and circular building approach.
